Oglesby Police suspend prescription drug and paraphernalia collection

OGLESBY – The Oglesby Police Department has suspended their collection of unused prescription drugs and other paraphernalia, including needles until further notice. In a statement earlier this week, they indicated that it was out of precaution for the well being of officers during the pandemic. The department says they will announce when sharps, syringes, needles or prescription drugs will be accepted again.
