All Buildings will register at Knights of Columbus Hall (do not call hall for info)
ECSE & Kindergarten $75
Grades 1 through 8 $85
Technology Fee Grades K – 8 $10
Pre-School for all – no charge (partially grant funded)
Orientation Day is Tuesday August 22nd and First Full Day is Wednesday August 23rd
You will need proof of residency for ALL students. Please bring current phone, utility or tax bill to registration
Certified birth certificates are required for all pre-school, kindergarten, and new or transfer students. Please supply medicaid numbers if eligible
Physicals must be turned into your child’s school office on or before the first day of school. They are required for pre-school, kindergarten, and 6th grade. Physicals are also required for new students regardless of age if coming from a school other than the State of Illinois.
Dental exam is required for K, 2nd, and 6th grade students.
Must show proof of immunizations.
Vision exams are required for kindergarten or a student entering an Illinois school for the first time.
Lead screening is required for children age six years or younger prior to admission to a preschool, nursery, kindergarten or other child care program.
Streator Elementary District 44 will continue to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 17-18 school year. CEP allows our district to provide healthy breakfasts and lunches each day at no charge for all K – 8th grade students enrolled in our school district during the 17-18 school year.
