Ladd on the lookout for wet concrete vandals

LADD – The Ladd Police Department are looking for clues as to who took it upon themselves to write in newly poured concrete at War Memorial Park on Tuesday. They said in a social media post that the damage will require four squares of concrete to be removed and replaced. Anyone with any information as to who is responsible is asked to contact the Ladd Police Department.
