OTTAWA – The 61st COVID-19 related death in LaSalle County reported on Wednesday. The death, a female in her 80’s, was announced as well as 26 new cases, individuals ranging in age from youth to in their 90’s. In addition, 72 more recoveries were announced on Wednesday, for a total of 1,639 since the start of the pandemic. Just under 600 active COVID-19 cases remain in the county.
